Dr. Schwartz provides strategic and tactical scientific support to counsel in legal cases involving complex scientific issues in all disciplines related to the health sciences: toxicology, epidemiology, pharmacology, and regulatory affairs.

Over the course of his 30+ year professional career, David has served as a "Scientific Detective," specializing in helping clients defend and support business and legal activities involving pharmaceutical products, environmental and industrial exposures, medical devices, foods, dietary supplements, and other consumer healthcare products. 

David has been widely sought after for engagements related to the courts, the regulatory arena, the marketplace, and in the court of public opinion. He has spent his professional life designing programs and providing insights that critically review the scientific foundations of controversial issues and using this information to help his clients provide effective, persuasive, and evidence-based arguments. 

Originally trained as a neuroscientist, David has developed a deepknowledge and appreciation for a wide array of scientific d isciplines related to the health sciences, including toxicology, immunology, epidemiology, pharmacology, environmental health and safety, biostatistics, and regulatory affairs.

David received a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Princeton University and postdoctoral training in Neuropharmacology and Neurophysiology from the Center for Molecular and Behavioral Neuroscience at Rutgers University.

Jody is a serial social entrepreneur,  social activist and a teacher and student of consciousness.Jody began her professional career at IMG, reprsenting 45 elite athletes. Her work included the multinational Mazda Track Club (signing 216 athletes from 13 countries to compete globally) & the World Championships, raising millions during her career..

Jody founded PeaceKeeper™ Cause-Metics™ in April 2002. PeaceKeeper was one of the first cosmetic companies to give restricted donations to women’s health advocacy and human rights issues. The brand was nominated as a finalist as “Best Lip Product of the Year” and launched a lip gloss with the United Nations called PeaceKeeper UNIFEM Lip Gloss. PeaceKeeper was seen in stores such Henry Bendel, Nordstrom & Whole Foods.

Jody has worked with iconic institutions such as the World Food Programme, the World Bank and UN Women. 

Jody and David Co-Founded a platform called Kanna-Insight which was a technology designed to search the global for clinical studies on the use of cannabis for various usages. It was an awesome project that they offered the industry for free. 

Presently, Jody is working on climate tech solutions, working privately with clients to go deeper as "inner-preneurs" and teaching non-dual meditation each week.
